You have a lot to say. You don’t know how to say it.

This is one of the most common things I hear from women who apply for our programme, From Vision to Voice.

They have the experience and expertise, and they have something meaningful to offer. But being seen and heard? That part feels impossibly out of reach.

Here’s what I’ve learned after working with women for more than two decades: visibility isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room. It’s about communicating what truly matters to you — clearly and authentically.

If you’re interested in being seen and heard, I encourage you to try out our three-step From Vision to Voice strategy.

Step 1: Lay Everything Out — Do a Brain Dump

Start by mapping out everything you do, everything you offer, and yes — even the parts of your life that seem unrelated to your business or career.

This step is foundational. Because until we know what matters to you, we cannot begin to express what matters. Visibility starts from the inside out.

That’s why it’s called a brain dump — you dump everything down on paper or in a Google Doc. While you’re at it, resist the urge to filter or edit. Just write it all down. Everything. You might be surprised at what starts to emerge.

Step 2: Find the One Thing You Feel Most Strongly About

Once everything is on the table, it’s time to curate and prioritise.

That one thing is usually rooted in a personal frustration, challenge, or pain you’ve experienced — and have turned into a vocation, a solution, or a product. Even if your work spans many different areas, there is always one underlying theme connecting them all.

This is often the hardest step to do alone. In our program, we work with you directly to help uncover this theme — because it isn’t always obvious from the inside nor is it always easy to articulate.

Step 3: Use That Theme as Your Positioning

This is where everything comes together.

When we build your visibility around your own experiences and expertise, something powerful happens — you don’t need to emulate or sound like someone else. You truly start showing up as yourself. And that is what makes you not just visible, but memorable.

Authentic positioning isn’t built from a template. It’s drawn from your life and your work — which means no one else can replicate it.

Start with Step 1 Today

If you’ve been sitting on ideas, knowledge, or a message you haven’t quite found the words for yet — start with Step 1 today. Just write it all down. Don’t filter. Don’t edit. You might be surprised at what starts to emerge.

And if you’re ready to go deeper, I invite you to explore From Vision to Voice— a 4-week program I run with Rowena Morais, designed to help you uncover your positioning and finally communicate what you stand for, clearly and confidently.

Our new cohort starts in April. We coach this live program just twice a year. Apply or find out more at fromvisiontovoice.com.
