a virtual coaching program by krista goon and rowena morais for women who do great work and yet feel invisible

As the host of Womenpreneur Asia, I’ve had the immense privilege of speaking with remarkable women from across the region—women who’ve built businesses, led movements, built communities, overcome bias and challenged the status quo.

And yet, behind the scenes, I’ve also seen a quieter truth. Many women are still struggling to be seen and heard. Although they’ve built the credentials and done the work, they still hesitate when it’s time to share and shine.

“I’m not ready or I feel embarrassed.”
“I don’t want to be too loud or in-your-face or seen as bragging.”
“Who am I to speak? What if I get it wrong? What if people judge me?”

These whispers of doubt are so common—and so uniquely shaped by the gendered expectations many of us have grown up with.

Why We Created From Vision to Voice

This is why I’ve co-developed From Vision to Voice with my friend and collaborator Rowena Morais.

We designed this 4-week visibility coaching experience for women who are done playing small but aren’t sure how to take up space confidently and comfortably.

Visibility is not just about showing up but showing up with your best intentions. It’s about owning your story, using your voice, and being seen as the leader you already are. This is what I have been helping women to achieve through my podcast. I shine a spotlight on women who aren’t celebrities but are doing their best each day to grow their dreams.

But it is not easy especially for women who have been socialized to be agreeable, quiet, humble or invisible.

Common Myths Women Hold About Visibility

In our life and work, I hear the same visibility myths over and over again:

  • “I need to be perfect before I can share.”
  • “I’m not an expert—I shouldn’t speak.”
  • “If I’m visible, I’ll come across as arrogant.”
  • “I’m too old / too young / too introverted.”
  • “No one’s listening anyway.”

We’ve internalized these myths for too long. It’s time we unlearn them—and replace them with truth, practice and the support of a safe community.

What This Program Offers

From Vision to Voice is more than just another live coaching program.

When I was discussing this with Rowena, we felt that there must be a way to help women because we too had the same beliefs in the past. Yet we understood that being visible is the key that unlocks so many opportunities and possibilities and we learned how to overcome our fears.

So this was a challenge to us. As two women who are seasoned communicators and entrepreneurs, could we help women grow their confidence and access opportunities that visibility attracts?

This is where our program is made to be a blended experience comprising:

✅ Weekly live group coaching
✅ Practical reflection and guided exercises
✅ A supportive sisterhood of peers
✅ Opportunities to experiment with your visibility in real life
✅ Accountability and structure so you keep moving forward

We focus on clarity, confidence, and consistency. Not on becoming someone you’re not. You get to show up visible as yourself. You don’t need to pretend to be who you are not. Look at me and Rowena. We’re as real as we can be.

And to prove this, we started doing a series of Behind-The-Scenes videos to share with you our thinking and progress of our program.

The point is, you don’t need to be a speaker, influencer or social butterfly. You just need to want to create more visibility and opportunities for yourself, your business, your career or your wider mission.

Scholarships Available

We believe in making this program as accessible as possible.

That’s why we’re offering a limited number of partial and full scholarships to women who are deeply committed to the work but need financial support.

Are You Ready?

If you’re a woman who:

  • Has something important to say but feels stuck
  • Wants to build visibility in a way that feels aligned and true to who you are
  • Is tired of being passed over for promotions and growth opportunities

…then you could be a great fit for our program.

The truth is, when more women speak up and show up, the world changes.

I see this every time I record a new episode of Womenpreneur Asia. I hear it in the stories of my podcast guests every single time.

If you’re ready to move from vision to voice—this program is for you.
